User Rights, Data Removal Protocols, and Social Media Callback Handling
1. Your Right to Data Deletion
At Bilti Menutzach, we respect your sovereignty over your personal and business data. In accordance with regional privacy laws (including Zimbabwe Cyber and Data Protection Act and South Africa POPIA), any registered merchant, cashier, or MarketMeld client may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data records.
2. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can initiate a deletion request through any of the following verified channels:
- Email Request: Send an email from your registered address to info@smartmusika.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Phone/WhatsApp Verification: Contact our team directly at +263 79 001 3703.
3. Facebook & Third-Party Login Data Deletion
If you accessed our applications using Facebook Login or another single sign-on provider, Facebook provides a Data Deletion Callback URL. When you remove SmartMusika from your Facebook Apps, Facebook automatically pings our server callback.

4. Retention Required by Law
Certain financial transaction audit trails and tax invoices may be archived for the minimum period mandated by fiscal statutory authorities (such as ZIMRA) before automated purging.
